Record turnover for pancake sales
Many children eagerly look forward to the annual pancake sale. Logically, who doesn't like pancakes? But the administrative part was a different matter. Following orders, checking whether everyone has paid, organizing pick-up times, ... it always took a lot of effort. Until the school started working with Payit!
Sales went very smoothly: almost €25,000 worth of pancakes were sold at €8 per kilo. Everyone ordered and paid via the platform, which greatly eased the administration. But Payit also turned out to be a huge asset for collection. The order confirmation contained a QR code that was scanned upon collection. This way, at the end of the day it was immediately clear who needed to be contacted to collect the remaining pancakes.
