Of course! There are no costs associated with Payit to sign up for the activity. The price you see is the price you will pay upon registration.
How can I make a payment?
Payit offers the most common payment methods. You can securely and easily make payments using Bancontact or Payconiq, and thus through various banks (including Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, CBC, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING, and KBC).
How do I know if my payment has been processed?
After payment, you will receive an email with an overview of your payment. This email also contains a PDF that you can print and bring to the activity.
What happens if I don’t pay?
If you do not pay, the transaction will not be completed, and you will not be registered.
What if something goes wrong?
The chance is small, but if something goes wrong during your payment, we are automatically notified. We take the necessary steps to ensure that everything can proceed without any issues.
How do I cancel my payment?
You cannot cancel a payment, as it is an online transaction and is immediately executed. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you should contact the organization, and they can then process a manual refund.
Is paying via Payit safe?

Can I receive an invoice?
You need to request an invoice from the organization for which you made the payment. Payit is only an intermediary in the registration and online payment. You will receive a payment confirmation.
Do I need to create an account?
No, only people organizing activities need to create an account on Payit. You can then follow up on their registrations within their account.
