You can set the VAT rate per product (0%, 6%, 12% or 21%). You choose whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT. The system automatically calculates VAT amounts and makes a correct breakdown on the invoice. All VAT calculations comply with legal requirements.

After each purchase, an invoice is automatically generated with your company details, logo and VAT breakdown. The invoices are professionally formatted and immediately available to both you and your customers. All invoices are digitally stored and easily retrievable.

Peppol is a European network for exchanging electronic documents such as e-invoices. It uses the UBL 2.1 standard for structured invoices that can be automatically processed by accounting software.

With this module, you can automatically forward the billing details collected by Payit to your accounting package such as Exact Online or Billit. This way, the data is processed directly in your accounting without you having to manually export and import it. This integration is available from the Elite package and can be activated under integrations.
