One hour before the ticket sale starts, visitors are automatically placed in a digital queue. They are assigned a number based on arrival time. Once the sale starts, visitors are admitted to the ticket page in order. They receive a notification when it's their turn.
A queue prevents server overload during popular events. It ensures fair distribution of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors can see their position in the queue and receive a notification when they can order.
Activating this module costs € 199. This amount is charged when activating the module and is one-time. The purchase is automatically deducted from the next transaction. The price is exclusive of VAT.
