Here you can find the release notes for the Payit updates.
Ticket sales: the subscriptions Excel export now shows an extra "Number scanned" column per ticket product, so you can see in one glance how many tickets per registration were actually scanned.

The moment you’ve all been waiting for—it’s finally here: the Payit app. In this initial version, we are already providing a wide range of useful features:
Our app is constantly evolving, and many more features are on the way. Follow our roadmap here to see upcoming features for Payit.
We are making Payit simpler and fairer. From now on, you can activate any module without a one-off fee, so it’s free.
For the three modules below, we charge a small fee per use, ensuring you never pay for something you don't use:
You can now set your discount codes at the product level. Do you have multiple products for an activity but want the generated discount codes to apply to only one or a specific selection of them?
It’s simple. Once you have activated the 'Discount Code' module for your activity, create a discount code. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a 'product restriction' option. Select the products to which the discount should apply. If a product is not selected, the discount will not apply to it.
Do you have multiple products for your activity, making things a bit cluttered? Or does your activity require a choice between several options for a specific product such as a 'standard meal' versus a 'vegetarian meal'?
Are you organizing a cookie sale and want to create a 'sugar-free' group or category? You can now do all of this using the 'product group' feature.
You can now simply drag your products and form fields into the correct order, instead of entering a position number. Go to the products page for your activity and use the 'reorder' button at the top of the page to adjust the order of your products.
When sending newsletters, a progress bar now shows how many emails you have used this month against your subscription limit. If you are approaching the limit, we block further email sending and immediately display an option to upgrade.
You can find all of this under Contacts > More actions > Newsletters.
Recipients who unsubscribe from a newsletter are now directed to a clean confirmation page featuring your team's logo, where they can re-subscribe with a single click. We also track when someone unsubscribes; you can view this information at the individual contact level.
The PDF layout of e-tickets has been refreshed: the QR code is larger and easier to scan, sponsor logos now feature a neat heading, and the "Powered by Payit" footer remains neatly positioned at the bottom of the page.
Large images in outgoing emails are now automatically resized, ensuring everything looks polished even in Outlook.
Introducing 'Botje', our AI assistant. Anyone with a Payit account who logs into our platform can now ask questions of our AI assistant. Whether you want to check your earnings, create a new activity, or send a newsletter, 'Botje' handles it for you.
Log in with Google. You can now sign in and register with a single click using your Google account. If you already have an account with the same email address, we’ll automatically link it to Google so you don’t end up with duplicate accounts. If you’re registering via Google for the first time, we’ll just quickly ask for your business details and category, and you’re all set. No extra password to remember. Yay!
With the new 'password' security module, you can make an activity private in one of three ways.
First, activate the 'password' module for your activity, then choose one of the following methods:
In addition to Exact Online, we now support Billit as an accounting integration. When a payment is received (provided the accounting module is active) and the customer has indicated they need an invoice, we automatically generate an invoice in your team's Billit account.
VAT rates, discounts, and transaction fees are included in the data transfer, ensuring your records are accurate from the start.
If the transmission doesn't succeed immediately, you can manually trigger the invoice to be sent again.
You can set up the Billit integration by clicking on your team name at the top of the menu and selecting 'integrations' from the dropdown.
You can now manually generate a tax certificate whenever the relevant module is active for your activity. This is useful for donations or payments received via bank transfer that are outside of the Payit system. You simply enter the donor's details, the amount, and the date, and choose whether to download the certificate, send it by email, or both. You can make the surname and email address optional and add a national registration number, ensuring the certificate is valid for both individuals and companies.
You can now connect Payit to Exact Online so that invoices and transactions flow automatically into your accounting system. You can configure which item is used for service charges and how products are allocated to different accounting items. If a synchronization error occurs, you can resend the data via the action menu on the registration without requiring a new payment. You can set up the Exact Online integration by clicking your team name in the top menu and selecting 'Integrations'.
