Payit's roadmap

To help you work even faster with Payit, we now provide activity templates. We select the templates that best suit your specific organization. For example, if you run a school, we provide templates for events like a school party or a pancake sale.

All you have to do is duplicate the template and enter your own details, the activity structure is already fully set up for you.

Your activity page is getting a makeover. After three years of Payit, it’s time for a fresh approach. We’ve noticed that you really want to personalize your activity pages and that they need a more modern look. We heard you loud and clear, so here’s what’s coming in September:

• the webshop module layout is changing
• you can now customize the order of mandatory fields
• alerts like "product sold out," "activity ended," and "registration not yet open" are being redesigned to look less alarming
• you will be able to add multiple photos for each product in your online shop
• an extra step where visitors select their payment method before paying; this allows us to list more accurate transaction costs on your financial summary after the activity concludes

We have noticed that an increasing number of customers are struggling to navigate the portal of our payment partner, Stripe. Setting up your Stripe profile—a necessary step for securely receiving and withdrawing funds requires providing a significant amount of official information. However, the way these questions are phrased is -understandably- not always entirely clear.
That is why, starting in September, the Stripe onboarding process will take place directly within Payit. This means you will only need a single platform to keep all your information up to date.

Sell ​​tickets with assigned seating for your event. Attendees choose their seats and either print their tickets or show them on their smartphones on the day of the event, while you scan them in effortlessly using the Payit app handling one or multiple people at a time.

We are working on a clearer dashboard regarding your payouts and payout options.

Do you have sponsors you want to give a free ticket to, but want to avoid having them register themselves?
Are you organizing a running race and want to add some staff members to the participant list without them having to go through the entire ordering process?

Starting in October, you will be able to manually add people to an activity and send them a confirmation email. If you are organizing an activity with ticket sales, you will also be able to generate tickets for the people you register manually.
